Name: Triaba Surveys
Overall Rank: Revealed at the end!
Spoiler Alert: not a scam, but not worth your time
Is Triaba Legit?: Quick Overview
Triaba is a Norwegian company and online survey panel with members all across the globe. In fact, Triaba operates in 55 countries, which isn’t the case with all survey websites.
With many other paid survey websites around today, you can make money by completing a wide range of tasks. Triaba is far simpler than that, and filling out online surveys is the only way to make money on this website.
The Triaba survey panel is affiliated with Cint Insights Exchange, which is a platform for consumers and businesses to trade questions, answers, and opinions. Cint Insights Exchange works to create a more open and informed marketplace.
The website adheres to the ESOMAR code of conduct, which presents international standards for opinion, market, and social research, as well as data analytics. Basically, the ESOMAR code means that Triaba follows ethical guidelines when they conduct surveys and gather information from you. The code of conduct that Triaba follows is a good sign as far as the website’s trustworthiness and legitimacy.
Triaba Scam? What to Expect Before Joining!
Signing up to be a member of the Triaba panel is quick and easy. There’s a short online form to fill out, which asks for the following information:
- Email address
- Birth year
- Zip code
Once you enter that information and agree to the Privacy Notice and Terms and Conditions, you can register for Triaba. A confirmation email will be sent to you, and all you need to do is click a link in that email. That’s one of the aspects of Triaba that I love--it’s simple and straightforward.
Once you’re registered for Triaba, you should fill out your profile survey. Completing the profile survey will take a bit of time--probably around half an hour--but doing so is worth it. The amount of information you provide is optional. However, the more you tell Triaba about yourself, the more likely you are to qualify for surveys. So, if you want to frequently get survey invitations, I recommend completing the profile survey.
You may not receive a survey invitation from Triaba from the instant you sign up. Survey invitations depend on the demographics needed for market research at any given time. Typically, you should get a survey invitation two or three weeks from the time you register.
Can You Make Money with Triaba?
As mentioned above, the only way the make money as a member of Triaba is by completing online surveys. Survey invitations will be sent to the email address you provide during registration.
Surveys from Triaba are worth anywhere from $0.50 to $6. The payment for a survey changes depending on its duration and the company conducting the survey. The amount you’ll get paid for surveys on Triaba is average for an online survey website. You won’t get rich from this website, but the payments are reasonable.
The number of survey invitations that you’ll receive from Triaba greatly varies depending on your demographic. Anything from your age to your location can qualify or disqualify you for a survey, it truly just depends on what information is needed by a company at a given time. Generally, members receive 1 to 7 email invitations per month. Triaba will ask you how many surveys you’d like to receive in the profile survey and they’ll do their best to stick to that number.
Getting paid by Triaba is easy and convenient. You can choose to get paid with PayPal, an Amazon gift card, or GCodes. GCodes are virtual gift codes that you can redeem for all sorts of great rewards, such as gift cards, merchandise, travel, tickets, books, magazines, and more.
Once you complete a survey, the payment is credited to your Triaba account. The minimum payout is just $12.50 for PayPal payments, or $10 for Amazon gift cards and GCodes. This payment minimum is very attainable, especially compared to other online survey panels. You won’t have to wait too long to cash out your earnings from Triaba.
Triaba Pros and Cons:
Here are the main pros and cons of Triaba that you should consider before signing up:
- You’ll never have to pay Triaba or give them your credit card information. On some other sites, you have to watch out for offers that cost money to participate in, but not Triaba. They keep it simple and free for you.
- Triaba is legitimate and secure. They follow the ESOMAR code of conduct to keep your personal information secure online.
- The website is simple to use and you’ll be notified via email when you’re invited to take a survey.
- You can cash out after earning as little as $10 for gift codes and $12.50 for PayPal payments. PayPal payments are transferred in just 1 to 4 business days, so you’ll have the money in your account quite quickly.
- There’s no guarantee as to how many surveys you’ll receive. You may go for weeks without getting invited to take a single survey.
- The profile survey takes a significant amount of time to complete and you don’t get paid for finishing it.
Is Triaba A Scam?: My Final Opinion
My verdict on Triaba is this: It’s a safe, legitimate survey panel, but it’s not the best option for users who want frequent survey opportunities. I love that the website is easy to use and the payment options are highly convenient, but you may only get one survey to complete a month, if that.
There’s no harm in signing up--you may even earn some money over time--but it’s not the most profitable survey website out there.
